The time has finally arrived, its kitchen month..or should I say kitchen month part 1! There were just so many more items that I want to add into this kitchen that I’ve decided to roll the concept over into a second month and include the appliances I couldn’t fit into this first part along with furniture for the dining room.

But back to this month…

NOTE: The kitchen island has a unique right ending piece, if you’d rather have them matching you can find another right ending piece in the curved inner counter slot…nobody ever used that ugly piece anyway! 😂

As per usual textures are linked between similar items, so if you download the unmerged file, make sure to include all items from that family, so the textures appear correctly in your game

Baysic Bathroom

You asked for it & now we delivered! Baysic Bathroom is an add-on set for the Baysic set by Felixandre & Harrie. This set of 28 items for the bathroom is the perfect addition to the original Baysic set and now takes the total of Baysic to a massive 119 items. If you haven’t done already you can get the first addition of the Baysic set HERE 

Highlights of the set include: The new matching tile walls & floor, one of the most frequently requested items; a new bathtub/shower combo, plus stacking toilet roll! Oh and a toilet, because not even EA could add in too many toilets right?!

Of course all the same matching wood tones & colour palette from previous sets, plus all brand new and original textures and meshes were created for this set, so no EA items were harmed in the making of this set 😋

99.9% of the items are Base Game compatible, however the freestanding shower requires the Discover University EP to be fully functional. If you don’t own that pack the item will still place in game, but be purely decorative.

You can find the majority of the items in the build/buy catalogue by searching BAYSIC, but as the set includes a wallpaper & floor you’ll need to hunt for those in the traditional way.

HARLUXE

Harluxe is a 87 piece resort living collection by @felixandresims & @harrie-cc. Inspired by their recent trip to Mexico, this set focuses on bedroom and bathroom items, for your Sims to live their best resort life. The bedroom was the last room of the home still left untackled, so we can now officially say that the House of Harlix Collection has been completed!

Highlights of the set include: New window and doors (modern & wooden shuttered), THE BED, THE BATHROOM, table top vanity and mini bar, along with cute clutter pieces to bring the concept to life. Of course all the same matching wood tones from previous sets, but this set also includes brand new wood & marble textures. 100% of the meshes and textures included are created by Felix & Harrie, so no EA items were harmed in the making of this set! ;p

99.9% of the items are base game compatible, with the exception of the table top vanity which requires the Vintage Glamour SP to be fully functional & the AC control panel, which requires Seasons EP. However these should still appear in game if you don’t have the packs.

You can find the majority of the objects in the build/buy catalogue by searching HARLUXE, but as the pack also includes a build set there are a few items that won’t show up in your general search. These include: 2 wallpapers, 1 column, 1 spandrel and 1 fence.

Everytime I play a ragstoriches lot it's a bit depressing with no greenery around my lot. So I decided to change this by creating a lot with no house for #ragstoriches gameplay. It is built with base game only plants for those just with base game.

It has a built up garden and space for a house you can build when you have enough simoleans. I have also created a version on the gallery with a house too, for those who don't want to rough it that hard. Built in Henford-on-Bagley (it's a micro home with the absolute bare necessities).
