People like to attack your character a lot, and from an unreasonably young age too. People could have found you to be too hotheaded, too energetic, or just “too much” in general. Things could have become much worse for you when you would try to stand out, actually. You might have learned very early in life that existing confidently was enough to make the people around you uncomfortable. You might even feel like people would prefer you to play small so that they feel better about themselves. Saying no or going against the grain in any way in your life could have caused a lot of issues and problems, especially in personal relationships, and this could literally look like people treating you differently once you assert your autonomy. You were punished for speaking your truth when you were a child. You lived a life full of contradictions from the moment you came into the world. One parent told you that truth and honesty were the highest virtues, and the other parent punished you if you told the truth about something—or you were taught one thing and shown another—which ultimately confused your developing brain. When you were in situations where you felt like you had to tell the truth, you were also really afraid of what that would result in because, whenever you would speak your mind, you were punished. Unfortunately, adults in your early life could have seen you as a cheap shot or an easy target for emotional abuse. People tend to project their fear of vulnerability onto you in the worst ways. For instance, Medusa here can show innocence being taken away, and because the fifth house and Leo energy is all about childhood, childlike nature, and fun… something in your childhood could have been disrupted where you had to grow up too fast, and whatever that situation was seemed to be a point of contention with other adults in your life. Adults could have made you feel uncomfortable about expressing yourself, either because they didn't like you when you were being loud and boisterous, or because they sexualized you. You suffer from a sense of professionalism that stems from people projecting incompetence onto you. Unfortunately, it might have felt like you weren't allowed to make mistakes in your childhood. Maybe there was one mistake that you made that resulted in a significantly unreasonable punishment, and that left you with a perpetual state of fear or anxiety about making another mistake. You definitely got the impression that people only valued you when you were doing something for them, when you were being of service, or when you were being selfless. This doesn't really change as you grow because as you get older, you might find that people judge you based on what people have said about you. People judge you based on what they think about you, and who they think you've been with, how many “bodies” you have, or some other gross thing that they've heard about you. What is really sick is that while they are misjudging you and basically putting a big letter A on your chest, they are also fantasizing about being with you. People will definitely punish you for their own gross thoughts about you and somehow make you immoral. Medusa here shows that the native is stripped of their social grace by others' opinions or actions. People will also say things like you are two-faced, manipulative, and too flirty, just to get people to see you in a negative light. TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️ you could have also suffered from SA from a partner, other sexually violating actions or coercion. Psychologically, you might not really feel comfortable or safe enough to trust relationships or any interpersonal connection because of your terrible past experiences, specifically in romance and commitment. With Medusa in Scorpio, or in the 8th house or in a Scorpio degree…Medusa shows that security and safety were stripped away from the person from a very young age. In your case, this could look like growing up in a volatile situation with aggressive parents who fought all the time. This could look like a sudden loss in your family or loss of a parent that forever changed you because of the nature of their death. This could look like your family going into major financial crisis or filing for bankruptcy, and that causing its own issues, etc. It's sort of like an open field when Medusa is here, and what really makes things difficult is that people project secrecy onto you. People want you to shut up about everything that you're seeing, feeling, and experiencing. You might feel like you have this heavy burden on your heart all the time and in childhood because you were carrying so many secrets that weren't even yours. As you heal, you let yourself trust the right people, and you don't let yourself miss out on New experiences. I think with this placement specifically, you really struggle with permitting yourself to just be in the moment without constantly thinking about the next dramatic thing that's going to happen in your life because you might feel like things change all the time, too much. Sometimes it's okay to live in the now even if you know that what's going on right now can change in the blink of an eye.

People would project a superiority complex onto you, making you feel guilty just for trying to share something that you learned with somebody. Instead of embracing A New perspective or new information, people wanted you to feel like you were belittling everybody. Everything that you said or did was taken as an attack and made people very defensive because the specific people were set on misunderstanding you and misunderstanding your intentions. When somebody doesn't want to understand you, they won't, and there's nothing that you can do to change their mind. Things get worse when you start to push back on beliefs that you don't agree with that your family follows; you will be either ostracized or deemed as sort of immoral, depending on the situation. Psychologically, you struggle with wanting to be free and doing what you want to do while also wondering if you got it all wrong in the first place, and everybody else is right. There is like an inner conflict that you deal with early on in life specifically about what direction you want to take, if you want to go down familiar paths or if you want to give something new a chance. Growth comes from you getting the hell out of whatever limiting situation you come from. You will never live to your fullest potential if you don't leave the place that hurt you or the place that made you feel small. You might find that when you travel or get a higher education, people will still try to box you in, but the farther you separate yourself from these individuals, the stronger your self-assertion becomes. Healing comes in the form of education, new cultural experiences, delicious foods in different countries, and experiences that do not limit you.

You might have noticed that people like to project dominance and authority over you, and it has honestly felt so unnecessary. In your childhood or early life, people intentionally did not want to see you for who you really were. They wanted to see you as aggressive, rowdy, intolerant, cold etc., simply because you were ambitious and wanted more for yourself. With Medusa here, your idea of stability and security was stripped away from you from a very materialistic standpoint. Your parents or guardians were just not up to the standard that they needed to be to raise you efficiently, and you might have felt like you had to take on a lot of their responsibility because they refused. What seems really frustrating about this placement is that being you at a young age was a very thankless job. You also require self-care, and you deserve that. You heal when you prioritize yourself, and when you set/achieve your goals without guilt and without feeling like somebody is going to rain on your parade. You might deal with bosses, CEOs, or just coworkers that demand a lot from you, have higher expectations for you than others, or just make you feel like you have to go above and beyond. Unfortunately, when you do succeed and when you do climb that social or professional ladder, people will definitely try to humble you or point out your flaws, but Medusa gives you an exceptional strength to not only ignore the haters but also get things done with speed.

Medusa in Aquarius / Medusa in the 11th House / Medusa at 11°, 23°

Others have projected a lot of weirdness on you, even from a young age. Weirdness and arrogance were probably what was mostly projected onto you. People didn't really want to get to know you or figure you out, so instead, they labeled you as odd, different, and strange. You could have had multiple experiences in life where you felt misunderstood, judged just because you're different than other people or have different interests. It could be extremely frustrating that others would rather see your differences as a problem rather than something to be celebrated, especially because you would celebrate others. You could deal with issues from “mean girls “ or bullies who pretend to be your friend. You truly heal when you decide that your individuality and standing out is what makes you, you…and you're not going to sacrifice any bit of your originality for somebody else. Once you learn that people feel deeply uncomfortable with truly doing what they want to do, and that not everything is so personal, you free yourself from your own limiting beliefs. You find your real circle of friends when you actually lean into your different quirks and different interests. Unfortunately, people just might not like you, but it can only affect you if you let it.

Medusa in Pisces / Medusa in the 12th House / Medusa at 12°, 24°, 0°

People project delusional crap on to you. The problem is that people just don't see you for who you actually are but instead see you for what their fantasy tells them that you are. People actually project things on to you that have nothing to do with who you are and everything to do with the kind of person that they are and it really confuses you as to why certain people don't like you because of this. As you were younger, you could have felt voiceless and like you had to absorb what was going on around you rather than actively participating or confidently defending/standing up for yourself. It is not uncommon that in childhood, you could have just been soaking up everything that was said about you; all of the prejudgments, false opinions, and weird projections could have confused you to the point where you didn't even know what was real or not about your own life. People blame you for things that you did not do, accuse you of things that you did not say or actions that you did not take, etc. This was because, in their eyes, you were an easy target. After all, you never spoke up, but instead absorbed and observed. I've also noticed that people like to create elaborate stories about you when they feel like you are a specific kind of person. For instance, if they have the mindset that you are a witch, they will create a whole story about how you are hexing them or hexing people, how you practice black magic, worship the devil, etc. You might not even be a witch. It is absolutely ridiculous things like that which tend to get spoken about regarding you. Medusa here could really make you feel like you had to suffer in silence, with no one to pull you out of that. Medusa here helps you with the strength to find your voice and to embrace who you are and get yourself out of the situation over time. You might feel like things don't work out for you when you are close to home. For instance, you might not be able to find or keep a job. You might find that goals do not pan out, plans get canceled, or contracts fall through when you try to adjust to limiting spaces. The more you stay in the place that causes you harm, the more vulnerable you put yourself to be coming the same emotional dumping ground that you felt like you were as a child. People cannot help but gravitate to you for your light, guidance, and wisdom, only to turn around and blame you for why the relationship ultimately did not work. Medusa here wants to teach you how to have boundaries and to stick to them because people see you as an endless source of light, and even if you are a beacon of light to others, you dim your light when you overextend yourself, especially to people who aren't even grateful for you. Life becomes significantly easier when you move.

♇ when it comes to their appearance, a lot of them have doe/bug eyes, have luscious hair, they also have an earthly and natural type of beauty, which can make them be deemed as elegant and graceful.

♇ from yellow jackets - lottie matthews, lottie. is a big example of an underdeveloped goddess archetype, though it isnt necessarily her fault due to the trauma she has gone through while stuck in the wilds. she is a very spiritual person, and even isolates herself with other people to find herself. but due to her spiritual nature, people easily found way to see her as a leader and was advised for her guidance, during the time the team were stuck in the woods, lottie was seen as somewhat as a mother [not to be confused as the mother archetype as they are striking differences between the two]. she helps other people express their emotions and speaks about spirituality that could make other people uncomfortable.

♇ from the maden men franchise - betty draper, her character strengthens my idea that a lot of goddess archetypes are models, as she was a model for a print ad. she is a character who gets with a romantic partner that has authority, her romantic partner, don who is a completely different person to her, made betty express versions of herself that she disliked and wanted to change for the better.

♇ we have the addams family - morticia addams, for the fictional goddess women, morticia addams is a patron saint of what a goddess archetype is. her husband, gomez kisses the floor she walks on, morticia is a seductress and has a striking appearance that fascinates other people and makes other want to replicate her style, in real life [like vanessa hudgens] and in the show, wednesday. she is soft spoken, almost dreamy like and could be considered as laid-back and ethereal.

♇ from the postman always rings twice - cora smith, a mysterious woman who is married to someone who has authority, [an older man]. is perceived as a character that can also be deemed as an underdeveloped goddess archetype, who uses the love a man has for her to aid her to kill her husband.

♇ the fall of house usher - verna, another mysterious woman who does keep people at arms length, people come to her to have once in a life time deal, she uses her erotic energy to lure people in and capture them. she is wise, and has a calm essence that makes people comfortable around her. verna is prepared for everything and knows how to handle obstacles like how the two siblings, specifically the man went against her deal and hunted everyone in the usher family down.

♇ we have from the infernal devices and shadow hunter chronicles - tessa gray/herondale, like the other goddess archetype, tessa gray has a romantic partner who has high authority from the novel she is from. will herondale is the leader of the clave and is well respected. aside from that, tessa is usually under the spotlight because of what she is, and is seen to be someone who is serene, wise and has a warm energy that has many people want to be around her, but as she gets older, she does keep people at an arms length. in the early books, fertility was a big theme for her, as she was unsure if she could have children because of her being a half-demon. like a goddess archetype, tessa herondale has a grounded energy and has a striking beautiful appearance that other say is unconventional.

♇ from lore olympus/greek lore - selene, being a goddess herself, selene is someone who is respected and under the spotlight as she is a prominent and important figure for those who worship her, and like most women from the goddess archetype, she is someone who wants to have many moments with her loved ones, like endymion. a deity of fertility, she is someone who likes to keep in the shadows unlike her brother, helios who is considered to be flashy. selene has a personality that could be deemed as peaceful and timid like most women under this personality type.

♇ from the witcher franchise - yennefer of vengerberg, fertility was a big element to her character, as having a child was something she was not able to do, but with geralt, ciri was able to be her child surprise. and like the other goddess archetypes, yennefer is seen with a partner of authority/power, and it being geralt. her beauty is perceived as other-worldly, and becoming [beautiful], and powerful was so important to her that she constructed herself to become a better version of herself in a painful manner. there was a moment of the show, [i'll play the games later], that there had to be much internal search because she had lost her powers for a brief moment.

♇ next from legacies, there is josie saltzman - looking within herself was a big theme for her character, because she was known to be a character who was in her twin sister's shadow, lizzie for a long time; to the point that other characters had almost forced her to become a better version of herself, and even stand up for josie to her sister. josie was almost like a glass child. her main relationship, or most known one, is with someone who is the opposite of her, penelope, someone who had high authority within the boarding school she was in. even though josie is timid and shy, she is very emotionally intelligent, which is why people like to be around her a lot. she is understanding and empathetic.

♇ lastly, there is a character from winx club, aisha - in the show aisha is one of the main characters who gave advice to other people, sometimes she can be perceived as the mother of the group, [once again, to not be thought as the mother archetype]. when aisha was younger, aisha was isolated, which kind of made her into someone who is explosive and has a strong temper. and when. the series began, aisha was seen as anti-social, but when she is gotten to know more, the people around her are more aware of her open-minded traits.

♇ as i have done my research, i gathered that a lot of enigmas are are likely going to have capricorn, taurus and scorpio in their big six; in order of how much they appeared.

hayley marshall from the vampire diaries universe - in the show, it took hayley quite some time to understand her identity, but when she got associated with the original family, she did respect them but she did want an identity of her own. people underestimating her because they believed they always thought that the family would save her instead of knowing that she can handle herself. she has grown up differently compared to most werewolves, unaware that she was a werewolf queen, becoming a hybrid and being someone who gives birth to the first tribrid.

daenerys is a big example of a huntress, as much as iconic her family line is, the targaryen dynasty was mainly built on patriarchy and the pain of other people. what daenerys wanted to do was break the wheel that causes great tension within the seven kingdoms. it was said that she is inherently different compared to her ancestors, she was raised differently compared to targaryens as well. she had to be on the run for most of her life.
