Cuando somos padres tendemos a decir muchas veces sin darnos cuenta " no puedes hacerlo porque eres pequeño", sin darnos cuenta de que esas frases tienen un gran impacto en nuestros hijos. Cuando dejamos de utilizar ese lenguaje y lo transformamos en algo como " quieres intentarlo tú sola, sino puedes no pasa nada" " inténtalo que yo te ayudo cuando te canses" nos damos cuenta de lo capaces que son, dejamos de centrarnos en lo que no pueden hacer para darle valor a lo que pueden hacer. Mi peque intentando hacerlo todo sola y tardará más o menos pero lo hace...lleva subiendo esas escaleras desde que tiene un año (71 escalones) y no deja que nadie la ayude porque ella dice que " puede".
