In your opinion and experience, what are the most slopful birds?
i think coastal birds, specifically wading ones like herons or storks, are the most slopful overall. you have the gangly limbs, weird pattern of downy feathers, and oftentimes eating whole fish that is larger than they are. special shoutout to the baby marabou storks although theyre more scavengers than waders

Hi birdslop! The bird identified as a black skimmer is actually a common tern (Sterna hirundo)! While their babies look similar, adult black skimmers have a lot more black on the top of their bodies as well as a more "wedge-shaped" beak as opposed to the pointier one parent bird has in the video
