The Girl Who Overcame Time

“Don’t underestimate me!” 

“InuYahsa? Are you here?” Kagome called through the dense foliage. She thought she sighted a swish of silver hair through the trees. She would often find him in this area when she arrived through the well. “InuYasha! I’m sorry I was gone so long. Something was wrong with the Well!” Still no response that she could hear. Was he mad at her? He did have the worst temper at times and unfortunately, Kagome usually lost her temper around the same time he did. “Its not like I was gone for so long on purpose! So can’t you just come out already!”

The miko scrambled up out of the well. She hadn’t been able to come through in so long but it had finally let her through. “How much time has passed here?” She spoke aloud to the emptiness of the forest. “I have to find Inuyasha and the others again...I just hope I’m not too late.”
