I’m genuinely curious on what the plot of the Supernova tie in comic is going to be about. Along with who the artist is going to be along if we’re going to get another glubbo or a Mech.

So, for the Monarch Files, I ordered a physical copy so due to personal reasons I won’t be able to read it until the 28th at midnight or the 29th.

I’m just glad that more than one source (Aftershock) confirms that the MUTO species seen in 2014 is now referred to as the “Jinshin Mushi”. Especially now that both Aftershock and the Omnibus(which I thankfully do have) are hard to find for cheap these days.

IMPORTANT

To clear confusion on Legendary’s “No Dinosaur Rule” for the Monsterverse, it is more of a “No Direct Dinosaur Rule”. Meaning that you cannot have a straight up Spinosaurus in the Monsterverse but if you can give it some fanatical features like gills, tree stumps for legs, and maybe something different for the sail and you’ll be all good. Or cut to the chase like in the last issue of Escape From Skull Island where they used a carnivorous Ceratopsian.

The “Godzilla is not a species” rule is far more direct. Unless Legendary wants to pay an extra copyright to use Manilla or Little, you ain’t gonna get nothing. Also just because the child beater from outer space is confirmed doesn’t mean that he’s directly a member of Godzilla’s TOHO banned species and can have a different origin. But this is why we have fanfiction.
