Your journey is yours, and you don't have to feel validated by anyone for how you choose to best care for yourself. . That's ok. Maybe this statement means simply slowing everything down, even when the world tells you to go-go-go. Sometimes it could be making a necessary dietary switch or fasting from food all together. Could be sleeping a little extra in the mornings, cutting out unnecessary drama and toxicity from your life, or eating tacos and drinking margaritas with friends... who knows π€·ββοΈ .
