i think theo would feel betrayed at first. he worked so hard to just be seen in the shoebills eyes , to have a place in the guys life only for him to be so easily replaced? he'd be preeettty upset.... but it probably wouldn't last as long, he'd always be a little jealous of the new student, he'd envy that the person has what he wanted but never could have- but he'd able to push it into the past... but the wound wouldn't close. if someone brought it up or teased him abt it (cough cough shoebilly himself) he'd snap and probably try to beat up the person 😭😭

since billy isn't like a mcyt or anything i imagine he'd be very close friends with theo , and when prompted with the need of someone to play shoebilly theo like dropped to his KNEES and begged his friend to tap in bro. At first billy declined because he didn't wanna do allat but after enough pestering and begging from his friend/roomate he finally caved.. i think theo would be overjoyed and meanwhile since Billy isn't known on like anything else he'd read alll the fanfiction and fanarts of him and theo frfr im genuinely such a tweaker sorry guys i like rpf stuff
