Personally, I don't have an issue when it comes to age regression and needing diapers. I think the reason some people are against this is because they mix up Abdl and age regression.

Disclaimer: Age regression and Abdl are two completely different things, and age regression should never be associated with it.

Some age regresers need diapers because medical reasons, dysphora, or regressing to an age where you don't understand the cues of needing to go potty. And some age regressors might need diapers because it helps them to regress.

Some may use them and some may not, but there are reasons to everything, and when it comes to age regression it's very important that you put bitter judgment aside.
