Split is a very weird movie to watch while you're making out with someone.

An aggeration of stress has been building up inside me. Every night I come home and wonder why I'm so sad. I try to have a conversation with myself to alleviate the sense of dread and I have no conclusion, sometimes it's just like that, and so it will pass. Lately my camera has been a close companion, tucked away in the upper pocket of my jacket. It's almost been a ritual now where I skip eating lunch just to walk around on my break and try to capture anything that moves me. I'm saving some exposures for my friend's baby shower. We live in different states and I wanna have a memento before they go back home. (Even though I'll be flying up to them next month :P) I just need to remember things are personally good right now. My friends are close and even though I feel better off dead. In order for me to die I must first live.

I got close to the seagulls today in the parking lot of a Rural King. I was able to capture them on film.

Prince Daddy & The Hyena comes to town in May. Why is my birthday month always blessed? I hope they play in just one piece.

I was reminded of you again during a walk and when I looked up towards the sky through my viewfinder. I saw an Osprey devouring a fish on a wooden pole. I don't think I've ever seen one up close. I've been working on a personal project. I've been trying to be friends with some of the birds in my neighborhood so I can photograph them with a 32mm lens. I want to capture them the way I see them with my mostly working two eyes. My left eye still hasn't recovered from its blindness, and maybe one day my right eye will follow along with its exit. Before that I want to take as many pictures as I can so I can leave behind what I used to see.
