Scared to go outside because of just everything you could possibly think of, I don't want to be specific.

Nothing ever really good happens to me during summer

This summer kinda is better than last year but I feel like they are equally as bad

I think if I told the therapist anything about me personally I think I would be sent to a mental hospital

So tomorrow is scary to me and I don't even know why I agreed to go back to my therapist.

It's not that therapy isn't for me it's the fact that anything I say could be used against me. My therapist I had wasn't bad, it's just I don't trust telling people things now

I'm going back to my old therapist, I'm a bit scared cause they haven't seen me for years.
