I cannot stress this enough dog armor is on the same level as emerald armor for things the community has been begging for since forever the main reason I never tame dogs is because they are fragile as shit you can just walk them around and they'll die of fall damage

Mojang just announced they're removing birch forests and saplings and logs and wood from the game entirely and replacing the biome with a new one that's just flat patches of grey concrete with the occasional oak sign that says "SORRY" on it over and over again.
