It is with great sorrow that I report only Prospector Roland has returned from the newly discovered depths of Loran’s crypts. Snake discovery above there is really good.  Her specialty is snakes but she has a plethora of other reptiles!  So she gives pointers that can generalize reptile care if you scroll enough.

https://www.youtube.com/user/NCNatureNews/videos GoHerping is a really good one too!  The kid is young (so does make a mistake here and there) but he has learned so much for his age and helps rehabilitate so many animals.  He gives really good advice for general care, maintenance, immediate first aid, etc

If you ever get into enclosure design or bioactive setups (though I'm not sure how well beardies would take to a bioactive?) SerpaDesign is a really good place to start.  He also does some DIY enclosures and his voice is super relaxing so.

My next best advice would be to find a few reptile/ beardie groups on facebook!  The groups I've joined for my rescued crestie and ball python have been immeasurable help while I've learned how to take care of these awesome little guys!  There's always the worry of some groups being asses and 'calling you out for being wrong/stupid when you're just trying to learn'.  But once you find the right cluster of people, it makes for a learning experience that is beyond worth it.

Groups also usually have tabbed pages saved that are super convenient for finding details on how to maintain proper enclosure heat and humidity gradients, how to maintain it, do's and don't's, mistakes that can hurt your reptile-- all the way to how to identify things like stuck shed and scale rot with bullet points on how to fix any issues you might have questions about. Also tbh I love reptiles and would 10/10 leave my inbox open to you if you have any questions!  My poor wife is gonna have to someday put up with me having a dozen reptiles (trying to talk her into a red tail boa and crocodile skink rn <<) so I’ve been putting lots of time into research for a bunch of different little friends.  So feel free to shoot a message and good luck from the two lesbians and our little doofs (Baggs and Quen)!!!
