around 2:30 i completed my first transformnation team workout. it wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be. i low key wish it was more intense but i’m some what glad that it’s not as intense at the start bc ik that would probably make me not want to stick to the workouts anymore. around 4:45 i had lunch -left over cut celery w a heaping tablespoon of sabra spinach artichoke hummus & a small handful of pretzels & -leftover tofu scramble that my mom made this weekend w some corn tortillas, sriracha, and follow your heart provolone cheese around 7:30 i had a dinner/snack -about a cup of white rice w roasted nori & a little scoop of portabello mushrooms that my mom cooked up w brown sugar & soy sauce. just after that, my sister and i walked our dogs for about 29 mins. & that’s pretty much my whole day, health wise. peace & love ♡
