Setting a few things straight:

1. magneto was right (accepted all mutants to his cause instead of just the pretty ones, taught them to love and respect themselves, actively fought against anti-mutant rhetoric in order to prevent another holocaust)

2. magneto was kind of stupid (regularly played chess with a telepath)

No, he was/is NOT "right!" He is a racist, genocidal, mutant supremacist. He does not "accept all mutants," he will literally go against any who don't support his bullshit. He doesn't "teach them to love and respect themselves," he teaches them a insane superiority complex. And he doesn't just fight against anti-mutants — he fights against all humans in general. His goals have explicitly been to either kill all humans, enslave them, or turn then into mutants.

Media literacy truly is dead, and so is all hope for humanity.

Y'know I thought Polaris had terrible taste in men, given that her main love interest is Alex Summers, the "I guess he'll do" of Summers Brothers.

But man, Crystal. Married Quicksilver, dated Johnny Storm, had an arranged marriage with Ronan The Accuser. Girl, you can do better.

I don't think Crystal can "do better." Or at least, I don't think she deserves better. And I like Crystal, but she is canonically a shitty person, even if Marvel doesn't openly address it. She has been the main issue in her relationships, and ignoring her blantant flaws of being spoiled and self-absorbed under the excuse of "She's just a girl!" is incredibly sexist.
