Better than that, I believe twas I who rolled it! Or at least caused it — it was my fire damage what set the beast ablaze.

Narratively it fit anyway, for fire to burn out of control, as the elements were going haywire due to magic dying.

To my memory, @betabites was the one who threw the die itself, but the initial idea to fight smarter, not harder with the Molotov cocktails was you. I remember that the dwarf fighter contributed something to the chaos but I’ll be honest, a lot was happening.

I think the dwarf was responsible for knocking a hole in the teahouse wall. That die has repeated its 'land on its corner' feat while I was emptying my dice bag, so it wasn't a one-off!

My first forays into actually painting Battletech minis, instead of just swearing at the HBS Battletech game. I picked up - uh, several boxes, but I have a whole Trinary of Jade Falcons for Scouring Sands, a lance for Snowblind, and some handy objective trucks and/or hapless victims of kick-related violence.

Some non-battle droids for once! We've got three rebel astromechs - well two astromechs and a frankendroid - from the Rebels on the mudder's moon. Left to right, AT7-E1, R5-P19, and R4-SCT.

The arctic-deployed CIS droid army finally got some support, in the form of a repair bot (PK-H75T), tactical droid commander (T1-LE5), and probe droid (V1-PP59).

Finally, healing for all the organics, in the form of EV-1T4 and 6-8M.

The minis that have been actually finished recently. The starship was a bonus mini from TTCombat, back from when I ordered a tableful of terrain from them. A troll and uruk-hai siege engineers for the Army of the Isengard - marginally better kempt than the grunts. I like how the berserks torches turned out. The first of my Rebel Alliance minis for Star Wars Legion, The Charn Team Irregulars. I went with earthtones and a red wash for extra contrast from the (still forthcoming) Stormtroopers. A few head-swaps and alien colors to emphasize the non-humans in the ranks. These are the guerillas, so I may do something a little more uniform for the actual troopers. I stole 'charn' as a color term for ultraviolet light outside of human visible ranges, so they're Charn 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10. They're still at full strength; they're just engaged in psy-ops. They've also got their actual names on the back - because unlike the Stormtroopers, they're more than numbers. Speaking of numbers, The Charn Team Irregulars have an ex-Clone Trooper in their ranks. CT-6965, former ARC trooper, has stuck with twin pistols, but everything else is different. The years wear hard.
