HALLO His name is Reuben Adams - i call him ben or adams as a shorthand.

He is a medical researcher with a particular interest in a novel but highly controlled medical serum, one that shows particular promise for curing cancer. However when his research firm is bought out by a larger company he loses access to his years of research. He was able to smuggle little amounts of the material and while experimenting on himself accidentally discovers a new property of the serum - with a combination of stress & large doses, the serum begins to "unlock" dormant genes inside of the body, turning him into essentially a weremonkey monster. The effects are temporary but he begins to consider the strength and altered mindset as a gift, wanting to enact revenge on the people that took everything from him...

As for favorite color, i'd say something like blue or mustard yellow :-)
