hi guys! i know it has been a while but for one of my classes i’m doing a study about narrative horror games (i.e. interactive, choice-based games like until dawn or the quarry) and how the horror experience is affected by playing the game vs. watching someone else play the game (i.e. a youtube playthrough without or without commentary or a livestream).

if this is something you’re interested in at all, i would love to hear your input on the subject! i have two surveys you can choose to fill out that will probably take around 10-15 minutes, and you only should fill out ONE for whichever demographic you would say fits you better. here are the links:

everything on the survey will stay completely anonymous, and i might end up including quotes in an article for school! i could also totally summarize some of the results and everything in a post here if you wanted!

hi again!!! i scheduled this to post while i was at work so i wouldn’t be glued to my phone if it flopped or anything, but i got way more responses than i thought i would!!! i really really appreciate all the support, and your responses are awesome and will fit perfectly!!!! i’ll leave the surveys open probably through tonight and maybe tomorrow in case anyone comes across them or someone saw the post earlier and wanted to take it later!!

i was considering posting my entire outline for the article once i was done so you guys could see it or maybe even just sharing the whole thing, but i’m not entirely sure yet! i could probably write a really long post just off the top of my head ranting about the topic but i want to wait a bit until i at least submit a draft just to make sure everything’s all good :]

hi! sorry im not super active on here since college and work have been knocking me out so i didn't see this until now. i use photoshop! me and the rectangle tool are best friends. i also use google sheets to make any bars or charts or whatever since i store most of the data in spreadsheets and the coolors website to pick color palettes :)

guys i have been at work all day and missed mcc as a george mcc solo is it worth watching the vod or should i just rewatch only his sands of time run ????
