Vicky: Someone ought to tell me who decided nights were for sleeping. Who came up with the rule that dictated the rest of us?

“You can stay,” he commented as the other seemed to need a moment of air too from the madness. “But I’m not sharing my smokes.”

“What will you share instead?” He asked with a little lift to his brow, taking a seat next to him.

“Look, I don’t actually wear anything when I go to sleep but they told me I couldn’t make it through the door unless I was wearing pajamas. Apparently kicking it in your birthday suit does not count and even that is deemed too fucking inappropriate for this thing.”

“But now that you made it in I would think you can probably do without. Probably take them at least an hour to kick you out.”

“You know.. now that I’m thinking about it? I don’t think I even played 7 Minutes in Heaven when I was going to slumber parties. I kinda thought that was a myth.”

“I bet it’s because the dudes you went to school with were too intimidated to ask you.”

“I wouldn’t sit there. I can promise you from getting here five minutes earlier that stain is not from a drink.”

“Kind of surprised you gave me the heads up. Is this our relationship taking a turn?”

Vicky: It's so hot, I swear I've spent the last few days doing nothing but prancing round the apartment in my underwear.

Navya: That's funny when usually when we part ways I have a headache.

Byron: Why would it? You’re dead.

Navya: It's a relief to know that you draw the line somewhere.

Byron: Because I have made it clear since day one your feelings don’t affect my choice of actions.

Navya: You just think you have sexual tension with anything with a pulse.

Byron: Sounds like something you just need to come to terms with then.

Navya: There would have to be something more than indifference for that to even be possible and I can assure you there is not.

Byron: Then believe what you want.

Navya: I'm sure it's just that comfort of something familiar.

Byron: You’re dead. It won’t matter to you.
