All of my bosses have been women. They do care about everybody but they do care about accuracy and meeting deadlines, this does include showing up on time.
My boss has a big office and in the front of her office is her big oak desk. But to the side of the desk is a round table. Near the round table are two chairs. When I was hired to work for her company, I did have to sign an employment contract. She did point out to me that if I was late for work without a prior written excuse,, that I would be paddled on my bare bottom. Also I would be paddled if I missed a deadline, disrespected any of the female employees, or even when she deemed it was necessary.
It was a very good paying job and she is a good friend of my mother too. She also knows that my mom still spanks me. I did feel grateful to get this job, and although she pointed out that I would be spanked and why, I did sign the contract. I was also given a copy of the contract. Also after I signed it she did show me the paddle she would use to spank me. She then explained to me that if I was late for work without a prior excuse, I was expected to knock on her office door, tell her I was late, lower my pants and underwear, and then bend over the round table. I was to grip the other side of the table with my hands, and also spread my feet apart. I was expected to maintain that position until my spanking was over with.
Then when told my spanking was over with, to thank her for spanking me and then go back to my desk and start working. What made things even worse, her office had glass around it and it also had glass doors. So when I would be spanked, the whole office could watch me get spanked. I was the only male working in the office too. I did get along well with the other employees too.
But then it did happen. There was a traffic jam for some reason and I was late to work. So after taking off my coat, I did have to knock on her door and tell her I was late. She said to me, “You signed the contract so you know what you have to do.”

“Yes, I do understand”, I replied. “And I am t thankful that you did spank me.”
After I went back to work, my female co-workers did ask me about how painful and embarrassing it was for me. I did know I did have to tell them the truth.
I did work for that company for a long time. I was spanked many times for being late and missing deadlines and other reasons. But I was grateful that I did have a high paying job and I was grateful for my woman boss. She was able to calmly discuss things with her and I always did understand why I did have to be spanked.
