Leo looked at the elderly woman with the saccharine smile with great unease. He took a few nervous steps back, shuffling away slowly. He knew that she wasn't her, he knew she wasn't the same one... but she looked just like her. Same glowing eyes, same spider silky hair, same cunning smile and cunning head and --
Leo turned and looked back at the gentle giant that stood right behind him. The nervous creature looked confused, he recognized the woman in front of him, yet at the same time he didn't. It was like a mirror reflection, reversed image with minimally warped features. It was her, but it wasn't.
"Mum, is that... you...?"
He leaned down next to her, the baby girl in his arms nibbling on the cookie she'd gotten from the biscuits and pastries stand behind them all. Big Mama looked at him, her head tilting slightly with similar confusion.
"Big Mama, if you please."
"But you... I... oh, sorry," Raphael mumbled, his expression shifting. "I thought you were someone else."
"Your Big Mama, perhaps? Yes, my greenie-boo, most universes have one of me. I take it your Big Mama was... quite special?"
Raphael smiled, a melancholy expression on his face.
"Um... if it's all the same to you guys, I think I'll turn down the whole spa thing," Leo interjected, still slowly making his escape.
"It's your decision, bluey turtle-boo. I don't suppose you would want it?" She asked, handing the paper to Raphael.
"Nah, Raph don't need it. I live at me mum's hotel, so I get free entrance anyways."
"Aha! So that's why you called me 'Mum'. I - she raised you, hmm?"
"No wonder you're so pleasant."
