Oh, Atlantic Landing in the Winter Time! The bite of frost is nipping at chilly faces, and at the windows of every business down the Main Street, but within the walls of Bend Records? Things are only just heating up!

It's only 7pm now, but as the first of the bands' begin to play on their basement stage, it's easy to tell that this is going to be a party that none of them will be able to forget! thank you for that! what do you guys look for in applications? do you prefer google docs, certain amount of words, backgrounds, self paras, etc?
the secret sauce is that we really don't have the answer to that ! we will take your app in any form, as little or as much as you want to give it to us ! the main thing we look for is just if we see the character you build in our little world. since we have been open for a little over a month, we would even recommend looking around at some of our existing characters and asking yourself if you see the character you want to write in the world. and we are always here to help if you want some guidance into building your app off anon and want to get more insight !
if accounts are opened are you holding auditions for both roles?
our two roles up on the chopping block are metallidweeb and wtvr u say prince$$. because of how recently we accepted metallidweeb, we are already in contact with a previously applicant about filling the role, but since wtvr u say prince$$ has been with us since opening, we will open up for applications if that's the way the cookie crumbles !
have you taken any moves to implement & enforce a diversity rule?
we certainly have, my friend! we upped our character limit to four and half of all the muses have to be poc and if any potential skeletons open up, they will be mandatory poc muses with an emphasis on black and indigenous faces! we did take the consideration of the suggestions sent and we felt like this was ultimately the best decision for our group, along with the input we got from our members!

how long do you give to bring the account in? do you think after the holidays there might be new skeletons? sorry just so fascinated by this rp!
we give around 24-48 hours for someone to get their account in ! we're a little laidback, so if we don't hear from someone, we tend to give a nudge and see from there ! we're definitely planning on some new bones in our land, and i know it sucks to hear us always soon but that's all we've got for now ! we appreciate all the love and interest this group has gotten, so we just recommend checking back in every so often to see if there's any open roles/new skeletons !
what happens if an account is not sent in?

the magic 8 ball says yes, yes, and yes ! it's been talked about and we have a few extra ideas up our sleeve, but nothing has been written out as of yet. we don't know when we plan to release new bones into the mix, but definitely keep an eye out !
