I’m sorry but truly you’re speaking in headcanons. Yes, you can headcanon they are family but they, by definition in canon, are not. Saying someone is like family to you does not make them family. Families come in all shapes and sizes but in this case they’re close friends and bandmates. It is not “fucked up” to call a relationship between two unrelated people who aren’t even adopted into a family not incestuous. In fact, I’m a little sad people are throwing around the word “incest” so much since people are genuine victims of it. Please understand that we are speaking about cartoon characters here and not real people as well.
