Ben 10: Lost and Found

On July 17th, it will have been 10 years since I started this blog, I can't thank all 2600+ of you enough for the love and support over the years. I know finds have been slow lately, partly due to me working on some original projects, and hopefully some of you will follow me into those as well! (...if I can stop being a perfectionist about it).

It's honestly kindof wild, we were barely starting the Reboot era, and now here we are barely into the Dynamite era. I was hoping I'd have something special prepared, and I might still try to have something, but a friend of the archive gave me an idea.

This is a call to action. I'm just one person, and my resources are limited, so if anyone wants to keep an eye out for these things, my submissions are open. (I still wanna open some kind of tip jar so you guys could support more directly, but I'm not sure how well that'd go.)

Race Against Time Alternate Cut/TV Airing - This genuinely might be me Mandela Effect-ing myself with the DVD extras, but I swear there's another version.

TLC's Designing Spaces Episode - In either 2007 or 2008, this series supposedly presented an example of Bandai's Ultimate Alien Hangout contest where they would redo a fan's room.

Welp, today's the day, my first ever post here on Lost and Found was exactly 10 years ago, being Ruben Procopio's concepts for the Season 1 DVD poster.

You guys know at this point that I've tried to get a more specifically CN-focused version of this place running, and I think I've finally got something in the works. Friend of the Archive Ninjser has been a big help with this, I'm working on a restoration and expansion of the original Department of Cartoons page CN themselves hosted pre-2002!

Bear in mind that this won't be exactly how it looks, a lot of work has to be done to find replacements for missing images, create new icons, and take out other broken stuff.

For those unaware, the D.O.C. was a place where Cartoon Network themselves would show production material from several series, ranging from as far back as Looney Tunes, all the way to Samurai Jack, at least before the website was renovated.

If you like Lost and Found, you'll probably like Ben 10 News over on Twitter as well! He reports a lot more of the current ongoings with the series (and with a lot more consistency), and it's run by another long time friend of mine, @upgraderath!

Omniversal Emerald is a high-effort romhack of Pokemon: Emerald Version where the Codon Stream meets the Pokedex, directed by my longtime friend @transwiththeplans, with a whole host of co-collaborators!

And so another story comes to a close.

I remember first seeing posts about 5YL under the tag #GoGhostAgain well before it became the high-effort fandom phenomenon that it did, I can't say I expected how it would end, but I'm honored to have been a small part of this project in the 9 years it's been around, and I look forward to what the Ink Tank have in store for the future.

Totally not using this as a thinly-veiled excuse to mention that the main four people behind Code Lyoko, one of my other favorite shows ever, have reunited and are in the process of writing a proper sequel/Season 5. Which is kindof a big deal since Thomas Romain left before the original show made it to air, but they even have him back! The biggest hurdles right now are securing rights and funding...

Anyway, this spot is from the Summer 2007 era, during a specific time I remember where Ben 10 and Code Lyoko were together on the same block.

This is a bit of an odd one, does anyone know if it's identical to the regular DVD release? I can't actually find anything about it.
