There are some ideas that come naturally without interruptions and force so this recipe was also one of the recipes that i was stricken by. Easily made with ingredients within reach and with less effort â as if itâs just like your casual cooking â which is the most prominent stimulating part for me to post about my recipes. They donât take much of my effort and space on the kitchen board, however cleaning afterwards might take some time đ
I can surely guarantee you that this recipe will help you to invent more just like this and you will get the gist of creating something delicious with given ingredients in a short time period. Letâs get started then!
First we start making the pie and while itâs being made we can switch to the aubergine and cheese filling.Â
We can start with grating the onion then we mix all the ingredients firmly â until the whole mixture changed to a slight brown color â then we lay it down on a pyrex or any kinds of pan will do.
We can now put it in a pre-heated oven (200 degree) for 5 minutes just to catch some form before we pour down the filling on top.
In the meantime, we can start preparing the aubergine and cheese filling.
Nicely cut aubergine bits going to the semi heated pan with olive oil and butter, and we wait for them until they get softened and âcrushableâ once they changed color to darker shade and got soft then we can add the heavy cream to the mix along with the seasonings.
Let it stay on the stove for a whole 60 seconds then we can pour it on the pie. But donât forget to stir it otherwise the seasonings will not be perfectly mixed.
Once we are done with pouring, we can now put it in a oven for 200 degree for 10 minutes.
While itâs getting cooked we can grate our cheese for the topping.
Okay, ten minutes done now we take our nicely cooked dish with a mesmerizing smell..
Now all we have to do is to put the cheese on top and slide it back to the oven until the cheese melts and gathers some brown-y crust.
As the cheese gets melted and blended with the sauce, the smell i assure you is so appetizing! Bon Appetite!
