Four weeks benefits sanction for missing one appointment when you've got a family to support... Seems fair 😒 Four frikkin weeks.

I am a very calm patient mummy but I'm about to have a mental breakdown as my toddler is driving me to insanity this morning

Dear visitors... Unless I ask for help me having an energy crash and saying I'm tired does not mean I want you to try take over with my children. It means I need some space and would like you to leave so I can look after my babies in peace. I have the energy for that, it's my day to day routine, I just don't have the energy to entertain you whilst I do.

Cairo has gone from 7 lb 8 to 8 lb 1 in less than a week, and he slept through his heel prick test 😂.

Really settled in to life as a mother of two now. Aria is such a wonderful big sister. Her caring side shines through so much... There's a lot that's hard for her to understand like when he cries she gets really upset about it but she's such a loving girl she gives plenty of cuddles and says "hello Cairo!" and "Aww baby". Cairo is fantastic too he's got the hang of feeding now and likes to practice whenever possible 😂 he's absolutely gorgeous and I'm so proud 😊 I've been feeling much better than I did after Aria, as didn't need stitches this time but the blood loss from haemorrhaging is catching up with me a bit, starting to get dizzy now and then. I'm taking my iron supplement still and upping green veg. Midwifes coming today, gonna send damian to get a box of chocolates and a thank you card for her. It's not much cause we don't have any spare money really but considering that she had already been called to one house and delivered a baby, then come to mine and had to deliver baby without second midwife then have emergency situation with the bleeding and rush to hospital I feel like I should do something. Anyway basically all is well and we are happy!
