Have you ever felt like it is difficult to wake up in the morning, you just keep on hitting snooze until you can’t anymore and you regret it right after. Well , you’re not the only one. The majority of people in today’s societies feel super unmotivated every morning and too exhausted to wake up to face any challenges life has to offer. If you are one of these people. Don’t worry because today we have some tips and tricks to share with you and if you do this regularly and consistently - We can guarantee you that your life will not be the same!

Let’s get to the 5 tips that will help you to be more productive in the morning!

1.Get your to-do list ready by the night before

It’s really hard and even-almost impossible to wake up in the morning and be productive if you have no idea what should be your priority. Getting your to-do list ready helps you feel motivated and energetic to get up in the morning and start your day. You should try having all the lists you need to get done each day - jot it down on your notebook, your laptop, even on your smartphone. So it’s easier for you to remind yourself. That way - you’ll be fully energized by the next morning. Just get your purposes clear and you won’t feel drained along your journey.

2.Freshen up yourself

Sometimes - it’s this simple thing that people are most likely to look over. Freshen up yourself will help you feel ready for whatever lies ahead each day. It will make you feel clean and fresh and you’ll likely be more prepared than ever to get going! Get your toothbrush ready, wash your face, have one refreshing glass of water to kick-start your metabolism and you are ready to go!

3.Workout, workout and workout.

It’s not just your brain that needs to be fully awake - your body needs the same stimulation! Go out for a morning jog and get a breath of fresh air will help you get through the day easier - physically and mentally. It could be 20 - 30 minutes or even a 10 minutes push-up to get yourself in shape after you’ve done with your morning stroll (To feel good about yourself, OF COURSE!) According to www.bodybuilding.com, working out in the morning does help improve your mood, it helps release endorphins and feel-good hormones are increased following exercise of sufficient intensity and duration. Who’s more ready to start their day than the ones with healthy and strong bodies!

4. Just meditate!

Start each morning on the right foot by meditating is the most powerful thing you seriously need to commit! Meditation helps you get through each day with the right mindset and you’ll always be subconsciously ready for whatever challenges that come your way. 10-15 minutes of sitting and being with yourself is enough to be mentally ready! You can focus on your breath or even listening to morning affirmation while meditating- Just do whatever works best for you.

5. Do not skip breakfast!

With that being said - Breakfast is the most important meal of the day you need to constantly remind yourself to have before you go out and live your life. Not only it helps you keep your body in shape (because people who eats breakfast tend to eat less throughout the day) but it also helps you improve your memory and your concentration levels! So after you finish all your morning routine. DO NOT FORGET TO EAT BREAKFAST!

People have this one turning point in their lives that they finally ignite their passion and decide to follow their dreams. I would never have imagined that at this age of my life, i would move back home and live with my mom ever again! But that’s the only way i could follow my dream.

    It all started back around 4 weeks ago, I was at the reception desk at my work, signing people in and showing them where the event was. The clock almost hit 9 pm which was when the event was almost over. One guy in a tuxedo suit walked in and greeted me. We were a classmate back in the day and after i graduated we met again at my old workplace, he was working for a company that rented out an office at a co-working space i worked at and here we were, a year later.

“So what do you do now?” I asked him politely while he was filling in his information.

“I’m a CEO now, working on my own business” He said, his eyes were concentrating on the screen.

“Hmm, So you’re no long with Bryan?” I asked while looking at his baby face scrutinizingly. Back in our college years he was in a very cool foreign gang. Their English were on top and each presentation they have given were full of knowledge and on point. We knew that they worked really hard on their research unlike us Thai students, we just copied and pasted and read whatever that was on a slide.

“No, not anymore” He replied “What about you?” He asked with a straight face and that’s when it hit me real hard like a school bus! A year has passed but i’m still here doing the same old shit. I remembered talking to myself about a dream i had always wanted to achieve. I had disappointed myself!

After that conversation with him that day. I decided to quit a job because it’s finally time for me to  follow my dream and make it happen within next year because i don’t want to wait any longer. One month later, I packed my stuff and got on a plane and here i am, writing this journey that no one will ever get to read.

Moving back home was a little bit different from what i thought it would be. Is it far from my expectation? I wouldn’t say so because even though i feel like i have this hole inside of me but it’s not like i never had it before. It’s just the hole got a little bit deeper since i moved back here. Because a lot of people would say that moving back home is a regression. But I know reasonably why i moved back here. I just wanted to space out from whatever chaos i had back in Bangkok and decided to move back home was the right thing to do because i would have more time to focus on myself and the skills that i need to improve and these skills do not require me to live in Bangkok. It must have been because of me not accustomed to being home. I hadn’t lived here for almost 10 years, i need a little time for that to adjust until everything falls into place.

One of the obstacles i had so far since i moved back home was from the fact that i hadn’t lived with my mom in such a long period of time and she’s in her menopause maze. So her mood has been really fluctuating. That’s something i have to learn how to cope with.

As i’m here, writing this wonderful journey, i haven’t felt like myself in such a long time and i’m grateful that i have chosen this road to follow my passion and my dream. I feel like i’m on the right path and the right direction. A lot of people might say “Follow your dream? That’s how you become homeless” and you know what? I don’t give a fuck about being homeless as long as i get to do what i love. I won’t say it’s not scary at all because it is fucking scary but I’d rather become homeless and got zero money in my pocket than living a meaningless/miserable life. At the end of the day, i have zero clue where this journey would take me but I’m glad i did choose this path because i don’t want to spend the rest of my life with the word “REGRET”

  4 months ago, my friends and I were planning on a Bali trip right after we came back from Singapore. Basically because the Singapore trip was so much fun and we wanted to have another fun trip together which thereafter i spent 2 months saving up some money. And when it came to the day i was leaving my job to go on a luxury trip, I had less than 10000 THB in my pocket. The wonderful Bali trip was blown away immediately which left me with 2 choices, The first one was to go back home and find a new job and the second one was to find a new nearby place to go(a place in Thailand). As stubborn as i was, i bought a round trip ticket to Krabi.

      On the first day of my trip I got super excited because of 2 reasons. Firstly, it was my first time traveling alone and i was scared to death that i would get killed somewhere on a deserted island (Not really). Secondly, I was in God’s name extremely scared of FLYING! It also was the very first time i flew with Airasia in a very long time. Luckily, the flight was really smooth and gentle, NO SHAKING AT ALL. a great thanks to a captain on that flight :D When  i was looking down from the window 5 minutes before landing, the first thing that came in to my thought was “Oh wow this place looks really quiet, it could even be more quiet than my hometown in the northeastern” But once i landed i could feel that there was something different here, it could be the smell of the air or the environment. It felt extraordinary and in that sudden moment i could feel that an adventurous and uncanny journey was about to happen!

         A shuttle bus took me from the airport to my hostel. It was full of foreigners. Some of them came in groups, some of them were couples. I called my mom to ensure her that i was doing just fine. She was being so overprotective at that time knowing that i was there alone. But it made me feel warmth, it made me feel like i wasn’t alone in this strange world. at least there’s someone waiting for me at home.

             The hostel was super creative. I loved the fact that they named each room according to classrooms in High school like PE, English, Spanish, Math. There were 2 bunk beds in the room i stayed, i was the only person in that room on the first night and the room was named “Alumni” I was super excited with my first-time experience staying in a hostel. I’ve never shared a room with strangers before (Theoretically) but more importantly i was super ready on my first day in Krabi!

“I want to achieve my dream!” That’s what i told myself when i left my hometown at the age of 16. I got accepted into an exchange program to The United States of America, a country where i had been longing to visit since when i was a 14 year-old boy that spending 90% of my childhood watching Disney Channel and dreaming of attending a school there.

“What's dream you’ve been talking about exactly?” that’s another thing i kept asking myself as well. At the time i didn’t know what it was. The only thing that i knew was i wanted to explore the world, i wanna be free.

Almost 10 years later, i’m living in Bangkok city. A city that’s full of excitement, diversity, and so many other things you could have imagined. But as fun as it is. I never for once stop thinking about traveling the world again. I miss that feeling of beginning. I miss the first time i visit new places, and i miss the joy when you first introduce yourself to strangers. Those things that kept me alive and has inspired me everyday.

Nowadays, i’m working really hard to save up some money to start off my new journey somewhere in this world working as a receptionist, Social media editor, Event planner. Well , I have a couple of cities in mind, don’t worry!  Actually there’s only one! This time i want to live in Los Angeles, California. Yes! A city of angel has been in my mind for 3-4 years now.  The reason why i want to live there i would talk about it in another blog.
