Lately there's been a lot of dissociating while at work, along with trouble communicating with headmates. Also while we normally operate with at least two people in front at a time, work usually makes that impossible which slightly impairs our ability to stay grounded.

Also if you don't have DID but have issues dissociating at work and have any advice that would be nice too!

We work at an ice cream shop and usually there's 1-3 people working a shift at a time, anyone with experience in customer service or the environment of a place that sells food who has tips please share! But also I'll appreciate any advice from anyone willing to share, even if it's a different situation/experience.
