ok yeah!

Hewooo, if you wonder why I only post mostly drafts and doodles, that's because I prioritize my art commissions and I do doodles like these for warm up exercises or just because I wanted to put in shape my ideas.

I've been thinking that JJBA is actually a magical girls show but for men(?) don't take me wrong yet, I mean, instead of magical wands we have the stand arrows, stands are the magical mascots and also the actual power of the users, stand users don't need any magical transformation because their outfits are out standings by themselves.

I grew up being a huge magical girls anime fan, my first animes were Sailor Moon and Sakura Card Captors. As I grew up, I watched more and more anime of such genres, even the most low budget or weird ones. Having said that, it was natural for me to imagine my favorite ship and characters (Abba and Bucci) as young mahou shounen protagonists to bring me comfort and because I've been listening to this track nonstop since yesterday:

The vibe really fits Vento Aureo imo, it's quite bitter sweet, but has silly humor to lighten the mood, San Filippo is quite adorable. It made quite an impact on me as a child, watched it a zillion times and the music is GORGEOUS!

While I could never ever chose A Favourite Song, this one IS close to my heart and in universe this is a lullaby Leone's sister used to sing when he was little, so important for him too.

I changed the bit "figlio mio bello" ("my beautiful son") to "principe bello" ("pretty prince" from an earlier line because while he signs it as a generic lullaby he clearly kinda means about Bruno so it would be weird. :'D
