Dylan: Scorpions-

Jacobs: They’re invisible?

Dylan: No, that’s not what that means, Jacob. Bioluminescent means they give off a natural light. So if you were to put a scorpion, like if you hold a black light to a scorpion, they glow, like, a fucking glow in the dark. Like, wild thing

Jacob: Okay. Why would you need to do that and not just have a flashlight on it?

Dylan: Some of them can, like, hide. Like, some of them are clear and they’re white. So, they might not be as evident by a flashlight.

Jacob: There’s no clear scorpions.

Dylan: Yea, there are

Nick: You look like a sprinkles guy

Levi stared at the door in front of him. Thinking. He raised his fist and knocked. There was silence before the door opened. Nico looked down at him and offered a smile. “Hey, what can I do for you?” He asked, opening the door for Levi to walk in. Levi smiled back and walked into the apartment.

“I wanted to talk to you. I feel like I have no one else right now and it’s killing me inside.” Nico’s smile fell and he closed the door. He guided Levi to the couch. They both sat down.

“What’s up?”

Levi sighed. “The residency program was shut down.” Nico’s face dropped.

“Oh, I’m so sorry. Where are you gonna finish your residency program?”

“I haven’t decided yet, but that’s not why I’m here. I wanted to talk about…” Levi trailed off for a second. “I wanted to talk about us.” Nico nodded. “I owe you an incredibly big apology, especially with how I treated you when I came back to work.” Nico nodded. “I’m really sorry for how I treated you when you were just doing what I asked you to do. You and I aren’t the same person and it’s not fair that I get mad at you for leaving. I’m sorry and I hope you can forgive me.”

Nico was silent for a minute. “I forgave you a long time ago. I don’t hold grudges, it’s not worth my time or energy. Thank you for apologizing, though.” Nico gave him a small smile. “Is that it?”

“No… Can we give us another chance?” Nico sighed. “If not, it’s completely okay and I totally understan-”

“Levi… Third time’s the charm, right?” Levi smiled, softly. “Of course I want us to try again. I would try a thousand times if that’s what it took for us to work. You make me feel so happy and safe and I’ve never felt this way before and I wanna make it work.” Nico raised a hand to Levi’s face and rested it on his cheek. “I love you.”
