Dear Future Me,I know things aren't going well right now, but I hope things will get better. You're scared of Adam and well I am too. I'm scared to lose everyone I care about. I really hope you found some way to defeat Adam. I know I haven't yet I'm trying, right now the only thing I can think of is to keep everyone away. If Yang couldn't fight them what makes me think I can protect anybody. I hope you've gotten strong enough that you can help your friends where I can't. I know this road right now is lonely. But is the only way I can think of to keep them safe. I never expected Adam to end up like this. I knew he was a dangerous man the moment he decided that the train full of people were unimportant. That's a decision I don't regret and I hope you don't either. We made the right choice and leaving him behind, I just never thought he'd grow this obsessed with us.I'm sure knowing myself I found some way get him off my back. Blake blinked in surprise at the sight of the heiress. Last she had known her father had dragged her back home. The Faunus had only returned to Beacon due to a rumor she had heard. “I thought you went back home.”

I thought you went back home. Those words repeated in her head several times, before the heiress could respond. “I-I was.” She stammered. Did the feline faunus not care that she was back? Doubt clouded her mind, as she stared at her friend. “But I couldn’t take it anymore, so I left.”

Blake watched the emotions flicker across Weiss face. She didn’t want to hurt her friend, but she also couldn’t let anyone get too close. The Faunus was afraid of Adam. Afraid that she could lose everyone. It tore the girl in two. But she had decided that she’d rather lose her friends than have Adam hurt them. “I can’t blame you. No offense your father is something else.” It was hard to start neutral when she wanted nothing more than to embrace one of her best friends. But doing so would only put Weiss n danger.

Even though she was upset with him for following her, secretly she was happy that he had. She’d been so careful to try to slip past everyone. She’d nearly made it, at least she thought she had until she’d realized that someone had followed her onto the ship. Realizing that Sun had indeed followed her and stowed away just to do so had made her a little happy, and more than a little irritated. “And I paid my way to get onto the ship. Just because we’re Huntsmen, doesn’t give us an excuse.” She sighed slightly, her ears flicking lightly. “Thanks for helping with the fight. ”

She could find any little thing to nitpick about with him being on the ship. Following her, not paying for a ticket. His tail gave a twitch, curling high and to the side. It was amusing, if not a little bit irritating. All of her reasoning for why he shouldn’t have followed, why he shouldn’t have been there. “Doesn’t change the fact that I’m on the ship.” Casting her a little grin and a victory sign. At her thanks, his shoulders lifted in a shrug. “It’s no problem. I couldn’t stand by and watch you take that thing on alone. I know you’re a fan of fish an’ all, but that one was a little tough to fry.”

Of course she could find anything to nitpick with the other. She cared about him and was afraid to admit it. With Adam after her she couldn't afford to admit it. If anything were to happen to Sun, she wasn't sure she could handle it. "You still shouldn't be here. I left for a reason Sun." A reason she was afraid to mention to Sun. While the members of team RWBY had went their separate ways, Sun had followed her. That terrified her, if he found out he might go after Adam.

She couldn't help but groan at his pun. She should have expected it. Between him and Yang she'd heard enough puns to last a lifetime. Amber eyes narrowed at Sun. She wanted to tell him that she could have handled it on her own, but that was a lie. Instead her face sotftened a little. "Thank you. I couldn't have done it without you."

The Faunus shook her head. She couldn't risk that. Yang had thought she was strong enough to protect her and had lost her arm. All because Blake had foolishly thought she could escape her past. "Ruby." Her voice sounded small, defeated almost. "There's no one who can protect you from him. He wants to take what matters most from me Ruby. You need to go."

Unknowingly to the feline, He is safe in the woods. He prefers it than being in the bustling cites. It’s peaceful and calm. Well, he knew what she was talking about. ALL THE GRIMM that are skulking around the environment. His nature is unique with his biology of being half of them.

“None taken, ma’am, but I’ve been careful during my time out here and dealing with any threats that occur.” He doesn’t know why he’s being formal in this instance. With what he said, could be taken the normal way of someone looking out for themselves with all the Grimm around as any normal person would do but he’s not a someone of that type of normality.

Blake blinked in surprise. Even a Huntsman would grow tired from the sheer amount of Grimm that lived in the woods. Even now she could smell them with her heightened senses. He couldn’t get much rest with the constant attacks are was almost sure he faced.

“Woah, no need to be so formal.” Her ears flicked gently, this forest had her on edge. She wasn’t sure how he could be so calm. Not to mention so formal with someone who had stopped hiding the fact she was a Faunus.

"I can't imagine spending an extended period of time here. There's so many Grimm. I can smell them nearby. " That alone had the Faunus on edge. How he was so calm was a mystery.
