I've recently lost touch with this special part of me. A friend, a very dear, honest friend, said to me..."Stop it! Don't let her steal your calm!" I was a little stunned but immediately 100% grateful. I was allowing someone else's insanity creep into my life and steal my calm. I was allowing this woman's survival method live in my head...all day every day. So, I did what I have learned to do, I asked for help. I asked the most honest person I know, someone I knew wouldn't let me slide, and she did what I asked her to do. She told me the truth. She told me to stop! I knew I was allowing, and I was also spinning my wheels because I was holding it all to myself. My lessons have been, stay calm, and ask for help, in other words, find your calm, find your peace.
