Start visualizing your dreams. 1. Write down the things that you really want to see happen in your life, the things you want to achieve, your dreams for the next five years. 2. Look up on the internet or go through magazines for images that represent each of those things you wrote down. Place it next to the things you wrote down. 3. Use a physical chart or a book to place it together. Or use an app on your phone. I currently use an app on iOS called 'Vision Board' (a pink heart logo if you are searching for it) 4. Choose a time daily to look at your vision board and read out your Visions out loud. 5. During my childhood, I hated her more than I loved her 'cause she was this annoying pest who had to tag along everywhere I go. Today she is someone I hold close to my heart and how much she inspires me everyday is probably less known. Being from a middle class Indian family who is church going, I have first hand seen how many people and society, has time and again tried to change her and wanted her to conform to the various standards they had set for everybody and literally sabotage this strong willed fiery soul. Today she's one of the wisest women I know- my confidante, my guide to sanity, and her advice at every point of time is something that I write down and read when I don't always have her around me. I always hoped and prayed that this free bird wouldn't be caged by anybody. From taking her around everywhere and going out for dinners to today she taking me out and buying me gifts, life's come a full circle.
