For my Tiger, that wanted John’s heaving chest when he puts Sherlock on the stretcher.

And he was having a panic attack. I saw the calmest person when it came to medical needs have trouble breathing. I was just as scared here as when Sherlock was dying because the one person who keeps his cool lost it because Sherlock was dying in front of his eyes, and he was too scared to do anything about it.
