Okayplayer reports that Bobby Digital made a sizable donation to the Hip-Hop Chess Federation. According to the HHCF, the donation was actually made in October 2014 while he was in St. Louis.

Apple’s Logic Pro X just got a major update.  The DAW platform will be incorporating the well known Alchemy synthesizer into it’s mix.  Apple is also has also created an easier path for music makers to share work via Apple Music Connect feature.  This is the second upgrade that Logic X has gotten this year.  The upgrades are free for current Logic users.
