busy chasing fireflies

I, personally, have nothing against poor Mondays. I think that Mondays have always been bullied.... they're that kid whose mum still dresses him and makes him wear orange sneakers and a blue buttoned up shirt with a matching hat to school and happens to have really bad teeth. It's not his fault that he has to sit next to the two best looking, most laid back, funniest, craziest kids in class - his name just falls next to theirs in alphabetical order. But for some reason, some very stereotypical reason, no one wants to be friends with poor Monday. Everyone blames Monday for ruining the fun, for getting homework, for any bad luck at the beginning of the week. No one stops to think 'hey, maybe Monday could be a cool guy.... maybe me and Monday could do some pretty fun shit'...
