Mobius sent Loki into the time cell to re-live a painful memory, but if Mobius really wanted to hurt Loki/traumatize Loki, he’d have chosen the “your birthright was to die!” memory. All I’m saying is Mobius just really wanted to give Loki a good kick in the pants for his betrayal. But he also didn’t want to break his Loki into pieces.

This happened after Loki was brought back to Asgard. This the Loki before that, so he wouldn’t have that memory. But I would think his worst memory when he found out he was adopted

I mean, not really. Remember- he went thru all the TVA training. And had talked to several of employees, like Eugene, who claimed not to know what a fish was. Not saying he doesn’t trust Mobius, but he has a lot more background to know that they don’t know they are variants then just Mobius’ word.
