Just got back from the gym, I cannot believe how out of shape I left myself get.
I think sometimes I like to blame the grief in life keeping me down due to the passing of my dad but I don't know if that is right. I feel like I just allowed myself to get comfortable not doing anything.
Well, here is to trying to change that, so far I have gone about 5 times in the last week.
I may have started late, but I STARTED.
