can’t stop thinking about how the mage sending simon to a different care home every summer was an insane manipulation tactic. all to make sure that watford was the only place he felt truly comfortable and safe, and that HE was really the only person simon felt he could trust as an authority figure, which would mean he’d do more to protect it and him ☹️ davy isolated him from everything and everyone he loved on purpose. i hope he hates the hell he ended up in
