“Apollo sounds good. Their initial will both be A. Reed.” He smiled a bit more broadly, trying to forget the sudden black thoughts clouding his mind. He punched the roof button on the elevator when the doors closed. “I propose we think on it more later. We have twenty some floors to ourselves.” Baxter said as he wrapped his arms around her waist and back and pushed her gently to the metal wall of the door, pressing his lips to hers while his hand travelled to her neck.

“Well we better work on it. I’m eager to meet my kids.” He but her lip as she pulled his face to hers. He couldn’t get enough of her and wasn’t sure he ever would be able to.

“I mean… worry I might do something to them if we make love, my love.” He teased her and then smiled even wider. “Oh, I know. I think I do anyway.” He gave her another kiss on the neck, pressing his lower body in her side so she could feel just how amazingly beautiful and sexy he found her in any state she was in.

“And beautiful as their mother.” He noted as they finally reached the building and he opened the door of the for her, leading her to the escalator so they could go to the roof. “But you do know Dionysus is the god of wine tho, right? So we’re leaving a path for our son to become a drunk. He has the gene for addiction, sadly, so that wouldn’t be too good.” He noted a bit more sternly. He talked about his drunk of a father so rarely he sometimes felt like he had never existed in his life. But Baxter knew better. And if Adelaide’s sickness spoke of other types of genetics, he had to admit he sometimes found himself thinking with fear of what would become of his future children.
