Remodeling of a third-floor single-family dwelling in Plateau Mont-Royal.

Over five feet high, two distinct sloped structures made with thick layers of tar and gravel formed the roof of this old duplex built in 1880. Replacing this structure with an insulated open-truss roof liberated impressive 13-foot ceilings.

Brutal London Zupagrafika

A collection of paper cut-out models representing brutalist architecture of London from 1960s-1970s. The series features various buildings scattered around the districts of Camden, Southwark and Tower Hamlet. The `raw concrete` London tour begins with iconic tower blocks (Balfron Tower and Space House), leads through council estates doomed to premature demolition (Robin Hood Gardens and Aylesbury Estate) and concludes with a classic prefab panel block (Ledbury Estate). 

The balneological hospital of Druskinnikai in Lithuania, designed by A. and R. Silinskas was built in 1976-81. Having served for merely 20 years, it was shut down and destoyed in 2005, to be replaced by a (probably more) profitable water-amusement park.
