As the effects of climate change intensifies as time passes by, the world's oceans are at very high risk, the risk leading to its deterioration. Greenhouse gases, specifically carbon dioxide, make the oceans become more acidic and with that, thousands and millions of marine life are in grave danger. Yes, the oceans can tolerate such phenomenon but always keep in mind that they also have their limots. Time will come that they can't handle it anymore and be grieviously damaged. Always remember that the importance of the survival of the world's oceans is tantamount to the security of the very existence of the human race, much like protexting and preserving our forests. As far as more than 3 billion people benefit from the God-sent "treasures of life" hidden beneath the crystal blue-green waters of the oceans, the marine biodiversity is also at tremendous risk due to the pernicious anthropogenic activities, we must commit ourselves to take good care of these wonders of nature and secure it for the next generations of mankind. As the 7th environmental principle states: "Nature is beautiful and we are stewards of God's creation." Belated Happy World Oceans Day! 😀🙌 #WorldOceansDay #UnitedNations #June08
