LONG ANSWER: Unless if he were forced or ordered to punish another member of the Footclan, then probably not. Because think about it like this: either get the satisfaction of biting one of them or face the harsh consequences that come with it. Please do remember that he’s teamed up with a poison cyborg fish, an ex assassin martial arts tiger, a warthog that could easily and permanently blind you, along with the Russian rhino that’s armored with gold plates. Although you could say Baxter would be an easy target, unfortunately he’s the only “voluntary scientist” working on whatever shredder wants. Also, you wouldn’t injure the only “doctor” that can treat your bosses “medical conditions”. So unless if he were to somehow manage to forget all that in a fit of rage, he would rather resort to the average “hands on” approach.

FUNFACT: There’s a comic where rock does grow facial hair. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the comic (sorry). So I just took inspiration from this image I found from the comic, and threw it into the doodle. (Which is why his hair is red)
