1. Thragg watches with curiosity as Mark loses his shit. (Ultimate anxiety attack. At first, he 'bravely' about to agree to Thragg's demand, but then his anxiety gets the better of him, he couldn't breathe, he gradually loses his flying control and falls to his death while hyperventilating, and Thragg watches and contemplates whether it's worth it)

2. All Viltrumite, especially Thragg, Conquest, and Nolan, see Mark as a teeny baby. Not even close to a proper adolescent in Viltrumite years. So they kinda went easy on him for the sake of their species' existence.

3. Mark is basically the spiderman version of a Viltrumite. He got the heart of gold and SHIT TON of bad luck. Especially if it involves the ever-growing hate from the public. It's his duty and love for mankind that he still protects them from any danger. But from a passing Viltrumite perspective, they thought it was pathetic and odd. Earth doesn't deserve such a dutiful Viltrumite like Mark, even if he's got weaknesses.
One time, in the middle of the city where everyone's watching, Mark endures many attacks from a beast/alien monster but refuses to fight back because later people find out that he was protecting someone trapped under the rubble. After the day was saved, someone threw trash at him, yelling "LEAVE!" Soon, more and more people gathered to shout, throw stuff, and spout indignities, yet Mark stood there. Thinking he deserves everything. The Viltrumites amongst the crowds watch the whole drama and suddenly feel a bit....anger and.... protective?

4. Thragg went into hiding, but Mark got plans to make the Grand Regent fall in love with Earth. Hopefully, his youthful charm and (probably stupid) tenacity would move the tyrant's heart.

5. The Viltrumite fucking falls in love with Earth's food is just so freaking amazing, and nothing they have tasted before. (Like htf you want to destroy Earth, it has so much good FOOD😩😩)
