anyways another thing this conversation always makes abundantly clear is how many people genuinely just don't see women as people. period. but also don't see women as people that can exist without men. whether it be romantic relationships with men or misogyny and abuse from men. to many, a woman is defined by her experiences with men and so she can't exist without them. it's literally just misogyny all the way down

sorry but i dont care i am never going to acquiesce to the "mlm to escape misogyny" takes i dont care how common they are. in fact their commonality just proves how inescapable misogyny actually is and how much our society at large uplifts and values men's stories and experiences over women. is it not telling enough that these people genuinely can't imagine a story about women without misogyny but have no issue doing so with men, who are the benefactors and perpetrators of that misogyny?
