i'm not anti recovery or anything i'm just so genuinely fucked that i'm beyond help. I push everyone away so hard that my THERAPIST left. my mental health is like a broken doll made of glass ground into microscopic shards and vaping and cutting is like glue and tape but instead of working it just molds it into this disgusting ball of indescribable substance and whenever anyone slightly pisses me off or makes me sad it shatters again and stabs everyone that talks to me for the next hour to a week
