LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, YOUR ATTENTION, PLEASE!

The Pendergast Pentaplex, a subsidiary of Pendergast Industries, brings to you the next evolution in entertainment in Eorzea!

Why go through the hassle of taking your chocobo to an entertainment venue and put out the exhausting effort of parking your chocobo, dismounting your chocobo, walking into the venue and finding a place to sit, only to have to walk back out of the venue and remount your chocobo later?!  Pendergast Pentaplex thinks that engaging in entertainment should be easier! For instance, why bother to dismount your chocobo or leave your choice of conveyance at all?! WHO HAS TIME FOR WALKING?!

And for this very first (and possibly last) showing, the Pendergast Chocobo Drive Thru Theater will be presenting one of the MOST ASTOUNDING MOVIES (and quite possibly worst) ever made!  The special Morton Jankel Special Cut of the SUPER MARIO BROS movie!!  And because you’ll be mounted on your warking chocobos or in your kwehing chocobo carriage, we don’t expect you to be quiet during the movie! In fact, we encourage commentary (heckling) from our audience!

Once an annual race held for the sake of allowing only the best chocobo breeding stables across Eorzea to compete against one another for bragging rights, as well as for showing off each stables’ most recent hatchlings to the Grand Companies of each city state, The Kwehtucky Derby as a racing tradition has long since fallen by the wayside and out of the public’s consciousness.

However, a few stables have recently sought to revive this tradition and have sent out invitations to  talented riders across Eorzea and beyond to join them in reviving this grand tradition!

Alpha Omega Mog’s 1st Annual Tinker Toys  Toymaker Workshop!  (Goblet Ward 3, Plot 41, Balmung) 

Do you want to help bring joy to children in need this Starlight Season?  If so, then why not participate in Alpha Omega Mog’s 1st Annual Tinker Toys Toymaker Workshop?!  Come to the magical workshop of merry ole Saint Nym and help build toys that will be gifted to the children residing in the Frondale’s Phrontistery Children’s Ward.  Not a builder? That’s fine!  Our crafting stations not only provide the materials and tools, but instructions on how to put the toys together! Or bring a toy to donate and enjoy our festive holiday banquet, sing carols by the piano, or perhaps get your picture with Saint Nym and the choco-deer themselves!

Alpha Omega Mog (AOM) is a youth division of the Ul’dah Business League, dedicated towards guiding entrepreneurial minded youth into becoming prosperous, respectable, and philanthropic members of the greater Eorzean business community.   AOM is funded entirely by voluntary grants on the behalf of participating businesses.  No funds raised as a part of any AOM activity goes to fund the operations of AOM, but entirely to the associated philanthropy.

There will be no actual crafting as a part of this event!  This is all just a fun and silly RP event where we can pretend to be happy little workshop elves, making toys for the children of Ul’dah, and maybe a bit of holiday spirit.   The ‘toy making’ RP will take place at a series of workstations where participants can select what type of toy they’d like to make and how they’d like to augment it!  

After the toy making fun, we’d like to invite everyone to hang out and have a cozy little holiday feast with us.  So many of us are feeling the vacuum left from not vising our families or taking part in the various holiday traditions that many of us enjoy and make this year feel special, so we wanted to create an opportunity where maybe, just maybe, we can reclaim a little bit of that warmth together!
