I feel like a lot of the times I forget these words. I learned last night that you can’t avoid anxieties BUT you can live free from them! We were not called to carry the day to day anxieties of this life but we were called to cast them. Life can be so beautiful, don’t give your anxiety another moment of your time, instead give that time to God!
