I tried to make chocolate ice cream. It came out alright I guess, but it melts really fast.
Hi.....Made more chocolate. This time I put a bit of milk powder in it (actually coffee creamer) lol. This is it before it sets. I'll post the set picture later.

Cinnamon Rolls! I made them last week.
Basically, you spread the cinnamon/sugar on top of melted butter on the dough. You roll it up and then cut your slices. Then leave them in a well greased dish with some space to double in size before baking.
*The first pic is the full length rectangle of dough spread with melted butter then coated with cinnamon. In the 2nd pic I sealed the roll by pinching the dough up together.The 3rd pic is just 1 set of 4 rolls, in the 4th pic you can see both 2 batches that have both doubled in size ( 1 batch got more cinnamon than the other). The 5th pic : the fully baked cinnamon rolls with a glaze (icing sugar and milk cream). In the last pic I have almost finished eating a cinnamon roll.
Makes 8-12 rolls. The less slices you cut, the bigger the rolls come out

My first successful time making chocolate. I think the last time I made it, the colour was prettier though. But this time it came out like real chocolate, so that's good.
This time I used the coconut oil. Oh and the toppings I used are raisins and almonds.
