New Deadlift PR!!! 105kg! And I did not even notice - when I lifted it I was still convinced to go for my old PR of 100kg. BAM - new PR and really happy. Hard workout day yesterday. First we ran 3.4km, than we started with a personal weight-session by doing Backsquats (10-8-6-4-2) with a max of 55kg, Deadlifts (PR of 105kg 1 RM) and a combination of power cleans and split jerks (3-3-3-3) with 37.5kg. After that we joined the Crossfit class that had a really really bad WOD to offer:
Warmup Tc 7min 50-40-30-(20-10) Russian twist Sit up Jumping lunges
WOD tc. 25 min 1800m run 9 pull ups 9 thruster (25kg) 800m run 15 pull ups 15 thruster 400m run (21 pull ups 21 thruster)
After that we were basically dead - but it is a good preparation for the Killer Race to come in one week. (8km with 20 Obstacles)Â
